Background
Established in 2018, 4-10 Investment Limited operates from its main office in Nadzab, Lae Morobe Province. As an authorized distributor of exclusive CCEP beverages and BAT cigarettes, we have emerged as a leader in the Momase Region. Our journey began in 2015 as a small retail outlet at Nadzab Market, steadily growing into a market leader with over 50 employees, warehouse, and office spaces across the Momase Region.

Human Resource
Our staff is comprised of knowledgeable professionals with ample experience in sales, marketing and distribution business. We provide constant training and support to our sales force providing them with the backup required to penetrate this market place while increasing our client base daily and keeping the old clients always satisfied of our quality service and affordable price.
Succession Planning
Training and staff development remained a key focus and CCEP, BAT and BSP have committed to provide structured training programs focused on enhancing the skills necessary to take on Sales, Merchandising, Warehouse and Health & Safety roles competently.
This also ensures vital areas of the business can still run in the event of sickness or loss of staff, and minimise any financial losses which may come from losing a key employee.
Achievements
4-10’s unique position in the marketplace is its expertise in marketing, wholesaling and distribution. With our experience of managing a distribution system of over 100,000+ cases monthly for COKE PRODUCTS and 200+ cases of CIGARETTES, this enables us to build brand and use resources to ensure profitability for each individual brands.
Actual 2022 consolidated stock volume was over 500,000 cartons of different flavours / range. Total revenue generated based on this volume was K30M. A solid performance in terms of volume which underpinned revenue growth and ranked us as a ‘top performer’ by CCA in its FY22 Annualised Volume Assessment across PNG. In recognition 4-10 Investment Limited received the Gold Award on the 10 March 2023 at the Annual Partners Trade Event hosted by CCA at Loloata Island Resort.
BAT’s required minimum purchase per week as stipulated in the Contract is 40 cases per month. We exceeded and delivered over 100 cases per month. Based on actual volume performance, Lae, Madang, Wewak and Maprik Sales & Distribution Centres were all confirmed as ‘directs’. This means that all outlets across the Region are now buying directly from BAT and aligned to terms and conditions as a Direct. As a ‘Direct’ customer, we qualify for rebates and competitive pricing and sees us positioned to deliver strong revenue in 2024.
